Our Story
Cookie Mama Adelaide started in 2022 as a hobby business servicing custom sugar cookies and cakes for Adelaide locals. As Cookie Mama became increasingly popular, it was no longer plausible for the business to remain a one-woman-act. With the team expanding it was time to explore a new identity to make a lasting impression.
In 2024 Baked Impressions was launched and with it brings the same high quality and beautiful cookies from humble beginnings. Baked Impressions has the same commitment to handcrafted cookies as we did when we baked for our family and friends. It is remarkable that from those humble beginnings we can now share our incredible baked goods Australia wide and leave a lasting impression.

The one-woman-act that started it all. Demsey has a passion for anything creative and found her calling in cookie decorating. Demsey was a stay-at-home mum turned cookie artist who takes so much pride in her little cookie business turned big business.

Keeley has enjoyed cake decorating for 10+ years and has recently decided to join the cookie family, uniting forces with her sister, Demsey. Keeley cannot wait to decorate your cookies and make a “Baked Impression” for all.

Andrew
The numbers man who keeps the artists on track. Andrew is our admin and ordering man who isn't afraid to jump in and help with rolling dough or packaging. Andrew's key strengths include his incredible ability to calculate numbers in his head and being a very supportive husband to his cookie obsessed wife.
