QUOTES (Custom Orders)

All quotes from Baked Impressions are valid until the specified due date. All orders remain unconfirmed until a deposit is paid and may be cancelled at any time if your invoice remains unpaid.

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required by the specified due date. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the collection or dispatch date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

All orders under $100 or placed within two weeks of the collection date require payment in full upfront.

PRE-ORDER GIFT BOXES

Special occasion goods are always launched on a pre-order basis with specified dates and time frames available for selection for collection or dispatch. All gift boxes are required to be paid in full at the time of ordering.

COLLECTION

Collection is available from Maylands 5069 or Modbury North 5092. Collection is strictly Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We would encourage you to select a collection day the week ahead of your event. If you choose to collect your order, the pick up location will be sent to you once payment has been received.

POSTAGE

Postage Australia wide is available. All cookies are posted with Australia Post Standard and Express Delivery. Please ensure that the date you have specified with your order is at least 3-5 days prior to your event. We cannot guarantee delivery arrival times however we will do our best to ensure your cookies arrive by the date you have specified. Once posted, you will receive a tracking number to track your order.

DAMAGES

While we take care in packing your baked goods Baked Impressions is not responsible for any damages once they have been collected or dispatched.

ALLERGENS

While we take all precautions to ensure cross-contamination does not occur, our products are prepared in a kitchen that may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to this risk and agree not to hold Baked Impressions responsible for any allergic reactions.

ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to accommodate for any alterations, including for quantity and designs, to existing orders. The reason for this is that once your order is booked in, we begin the process of sourcing the required supplies to fulfill your order.

As well as this, we are unable to offer cancellations for orders under any circumstances, including COVID-19 imposed restrictions or lock downs.

When you place your order, you're agreeing to go ahead with the amount of cookies requested and designs selected for the agreed due date.

NO SHOW, NO COOKIES

If you don’t show up to collect your order on the agreed upon date & time, your order will be cancelled. If you do wish to still collect your order, a new collection time will need to be arranged and a $10 rescheduling fee applies. The rescheduling fee will need to be paid prior to the rescheduled collection date. This is also applicable to pre-order items which have a specified collection date.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We love taking photos of your special cookies and reserve the right to upload these across Baked Impression's social media accounts for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for us to share images of your cookies, please specify this at the time of confirming your order.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances due to the nature of the products - all cookies are baked fresh to order and are custom made for each order.
